1. Who We Are

GeoScore (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We operate from the United Kingdom.

2. What Data We Collect and Why

When you submit our audit request form, we collect the following information:

We only collect corporate contact details. We do not knowingly collect personal email addresses used in a purely private capacity.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

  • Consent — you voluntarily submit your details through our form to receive an AI visibility audit report. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@geoscore.co.uk.
  • Legitimate Interests — we may send relevant business-to-business marketing communications to corporate subscribers. We have assessed that this processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in promoting our services and does not override your rights and freedoms, given the business-to-business context. You can opt out at any time.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with the following processors, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our service:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare processes data in multiple global locations. A Data Processing Addendum is in place.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional and marketing email delivery. Resend is based in the United States. International transfers are safeguarded by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. International Data Transfers

Where your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses (as applicable), in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for 24 months after our last contact with you. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing at any time.
