These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GeoScore website and services at geoscore.co.uk (“the Service”), operated by GeoScore (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GeoScore provides AI visibility audits for local businesses. We query major AI-powered search and recommendation platforms to assess whether and how your business appears in their responses, and we deliver a report summarising our findings.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All scores, rankings, and findings provided by GeoScore are indicative only. They reflect testing carried out at a specific point in time and should not be treated as definitive or permanent assessments.

AI models and search platforms are updated frequently by their respective providers. As a result, your visibility scores may vary between audits, even without any changes to your business or website. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking improvement, or level of AI visibility.

4. Informational Purposes Only

Reports and recommendations provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional marketing, SEO, legal, or business advice. You should exercise your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice before making business decisions based on our reports.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the GeoScore website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GeoScore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Audit reports generated for you are licensed to you for internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish report content without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Our free-tier audit is provided at no cost. Where paid services are offered, prices will be quoted and invoiced in British Pounds (GBP). Payment terms will be specified on the relevant invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. For the free tier, our liability is limited to nil.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
